HK's Public Space Analysis

This analysis of the UGL is very good! I love how she brought together many different characteristics about the library; like the couple cuddling, the people gathering and talking, a girl sitting with her feet on the table. It reminds me somewhere I would go like my very own library or maybe the Holiday Inn! I also like how she made references to the Holiday Inn and how the UGL reminded her of the Holiday Inn. I felt she did a good job of addressing different topics of what the UGL had and how it was so useful to all the students who are communters and how live on campus. All the tools that are accesible to students at the UGL was nice to hear that she knew because some students don't know all the accessiblilty that they have on their college campuses. What I would have liked to see more of was how the UGL had helped her because she is a student and maybe how she uses the UGL and how well she does in school because of all the resources and such there.

I liked how she compared it to a holiday in. It made me think about our library and how it seems that way here at TCU. my blog is almost like yours in a way. I wrote most of the same sutff you did, but after reading other peoples I did notice that she mentioned the chairs and couches a lot more than she needed too and also she did not explain her arguements in depth

ey Brittany,
I liked the holiday inn reference as well. Although I did say she was a little repetitive in the fact she kept talking about the couches and the way the library was set up, but didn't go into detail about why it was set up like that. I think you did a great job analyzing her post!

Brittany,

I like your comments of her piece. I especially agree with what you have to say about how she could improve her analysis. I did not even think about the idea of explaining how the resources available at the UGL has helped her. It is something that can give her credibility in her argument and help relate to other readers that go to her school. Great observation! It is something that I am going to try and include in my own paper.
